It has often been an observation or criticism of Barossa dining that meals can be somewhat meat-heavy. In this instance, we make no apology for that. Deliberately scheduled for winter, hearty cuisine with a selection of well-aged, large formats to match. A rare glimpse of vintages past and what time in a big bottle can do. (NB this is not one for vegetarians!)
