It has often been an observation/criticism of Barossa dining that meals be somewhat 'meat heavy'. In this instance we make no apology for that. Deliberately scheduled for winter, hearty cuisine with a selection of well-aged, large formats to match. A rare glimpse of vintages past and what time in a 'big bottle' can do.
