Wine Profile

Colour • Brown onion with a tinge of cherry red.

Aroma • Heady but clean spirit mingles with caramel toffy, Christmas cake, raisins, dusty earthiness and rancio characters.

Palate • Luscious, rich and sweet. Raisins and caramel coats the mouth with hints of orange peel, mocha and sweet spice to add to the complexity. The brandy spirit and soft yet slightly drying oak tannins (rancio) tries to balance the sweetness but the long, fruitful and viscous finish is very persistent. A real belly warmer.
