Taste over 170 years of Barossa vine history in the Langmeil Freedom Cellar.

Opened in 2016, the Freedom Cellar is an underground den dedicated to private tastings of Langmeil’s most rare and sought-after wines - the Old Vine Garden collection.

Taste a selection of museum listed vintages alongside current releases, including The Orphan Bank Shiraz and The Freedom 1843 Shiraz; Langmeil’s pinnacle of winemaking made from the original 1843 plantings of what is believed to be the world’s oldest shiraz vineyard.

Once a cobbler's shop in the historic Langmeil village, this meticulously restored space is perfect for intimate group bookings of up to eight adults looking for a rare chance to discover Langmeil’s dedicated old vine wines and their evolution over time.

Includes a guided historical tour of the 1842 Langmeil property and a visit to the Freedom 1843 vineyard.

Bookings are essential.
