2007 MUSCAT À PETITS GRAINS

White Frontignac grapes, picked late in the season and cold fermented for a prolonged period produced a style of wine with a delicate and subtle finish.  A well balanced, fruity sweet wine particularly suited to spicy food.

2008 GWH VIOGNIER

At Langmeil we believe there is an unboubted affinity between the ancient, rare, late ripening, capricious Viognier, and our patch of dirt. We aspire to produce Viognier with all its hallmark aromatics, fresh and full flavoured palate. This wine is no exception.

2008 GCV CHARDONNAY

"Chardonnay's are often simple wines, but for me I enjoy creating a slightly Burgundian style. The subtle use of very fine-grained French oak and 10% maloactic fermentation creates nuances and fine tannins, this balances the fruit structure obtained from this low yielding single vineyard."

2005 SPARKLING

ONDENC CUVÉE

CURRENTLY SOLD OUT

The base for this special sparkling wine was fermented in seasoned German and American oak, and then matured in those barrels on yeast lees for one year. The barrels were stirred fortnightly, producing a wine showing bread and creamy yeast characters complimenting the crisp citrus - lemon finish.
